Entrepreneur in Residence

This is a build-from-zero role for someone with an operators instincts and a founders appetite for ownership. You will work shoulder to shoulder with the founder to take one important problem and own it end to end from strategy to execution to measured results. That might be opening our first market proving a new vertical validating the Lahza product idea or building the early go-to-market engine. We are pre-seed and small so the ownership is real and so is the influence over where the company goes.

Tasks

• Take ownership of a problem area that matters to the company and drive it from idea to validated result.
• Work directly with the founder to shape strategy then go build it rather than hand it off.
• Talk to operators run pilots and turn what you learn into clear product and go-to-market decisions.
• Build the early playbooks partnerships or market entry that the next stage will depend on.
• Be honest about what is working and what is not and change course quickly when the evidence says so.
• Help hire and shape the small team around the area you own.

Requirements

• Prior experience founding running or building inside an early-stage company ideally close to the work not above it.
• The ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution without losing momentum.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the judgment to make good decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong communication in English. Arabic is a significant advantage for our market.
• A grounded no-hype mindset that fits how we talk to customers and to each other.
