Content & Marketing, Arabic-first (Part-time)
Job Summary
LAHZA is an Arabic-first AI vision platform. We turn the cameras a factory or warehouse already has into a live monitoring agent for quality safety and efficiency configured in plain language. We are early (pre-seed in progress) and our marketing is organic: LinkedIn content and the founders voice as a regional thought leader. We are looking for someone to run the Arabic content engine and write in our voice not to start from scratch.
Tasks
- Write Arabic content for LinkedIn and other channels that speaks to operators in their language: quality safety and efficiency.
- Draft posts and articles in the founders voice (clear honest operator to operator) then edit and publish them on a regular cadence.
- Build a simple content calendar and stick to it so publishing never each real lesson from the work once it is real and with the customers permission into a short story.
- Help with LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach copy in Arabic in a tone that does not what works with simple numbers and learn from it.
- Support some English content when needed (for investors the startup ecosystem and tech press) or coordinate with the founder on that part.
Requirements
- Native Arabic and excellent writing with a natural tone that does not read like translated English.
- The ability to capture the founders voice and write in it.
- A working understanding of LinkedIn and the kind of content that lands with a B2B audience in Saudi Arabia the UAE and Jordan.
- Honesty and clarity and a preference for being truthful over being flashy.
- Good organization and follow-through comfortable working independently a few reliable hours a week.
- English is an important plus since some of our channels and investors work in it.
Nice to have
- Experience writing industrial or technical content or in manufacturing food and beverage or logistics.
- Experience marketing for an early-stage startup.
- Comfort with simple design or visual content tools.
