Position: Commercial and Operations Lead
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Engineering or a related field
Deep knowledge of Self-Adhesive Labels Shrink Sleeve Labels Wrap Around Labels and Flexible Packaging Rolls
5 years of relevant experience
Strong track record in cross-functional coordination
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and manage sales activities
Translate client requirements into clear and actionable production orders
Ensure accurate invoicing and follow-up on clients accounts
Plan and oversee production schedules based on priorities and deadlines
Maintain strong communication across commercial and operations teams
Manage and supervise the operations team
