Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and dedicated nursing professionals to join a specialized cardiovascular hospital in Libya. This is an excellent international relocation opportunity offering the chance to work in a high-acuity clinical environment focused on cardiac care.
Successful candidates will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with cardiovascular conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care with a focus on cardiovascular conditions
- Monitor patients vital signs cardiac rhythms and overall clinical status
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures (role-dependent e.g. Cath Lab Imaging)
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when required
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans medications and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with physicians cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with infection control safety and quality standards
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN or equivalent)
- Valid nursing license (home country or international)
- Minimum 25 years of clinical experience in the applied specialty
- Cardiac or cardiovascular experience strongly preferred
- Experience in high-acuity or hospital settings required
- Certifications such as BLS ACLS (mandatory for most units; ICU/ER preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
