Were looking for a motivated results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing SaaS sales team in Jordan. As the first point of contact with potential customers youll generate pipeline by finding prospects engaging decision-makers and qualifying opportunities for the Account Executive (AE) team. Ideal for someone curious resilient and passionate about technology and sales.
What Youll Do
Source and build your pipeline find ICP-fit companies and decision-makers in Apollo; clean validate segment and sync lists to our CRM (Zoho).
Research accounts and signals study each companys CRM marketing martech stack news and the decision-makers activity to craft a relevant angle.
Run personalized multichannel outreach tailored messages with the right value proposition across email LinkedIn WhatsApp Telegram and phone.
Follow up and convert nurture leads answer questions handle objections and book qualified meetings for the AE team.
Get creative use non-standard sources (events job boards Slack/Telegram/WhatsApp groups) and warm intros to find signals and decision-makers others miss; use AI/LLM tools to speed up research qualification and outreach.
Own your CRM and numbers keep Zoho accurate hit daily and weekly meeting KPIs and report on funnel progress and conversions.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Qualities
23 years in sales business development or a customer-facing role (SaaS / martech a plus).
Fluent English spoken and written mandatory.
Comfort with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Genuine interest in B2B SaaS martech and the regional market.
Ability to learn a product quickly its value proposition advantages audience use cases and competitors and read the market.
Comfortable using AI/LLM tools for research qualification and outreach.
Strong personalized communication; handles objections and reaches decision-makers through intros from mid-level contacts.
Organized resilient and data-driven; owns CRM hygiene and funnel reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho) and sales engagement tools.
Understanding of martech / CDP products and the competitive landscape (Insider MoEngage CleverTap Braze Emarsys).
Experience selling into B2C verticals (banking/fintech e-commerce travel telecom real estate).
