Your Role
As a Backend Software Engineer you will develop and maintain the backend services that power our real-time tracking and automation platforms. Youll connect shopfloor hardware (RFID scanners IoT devices terminals) with our cloud-based SaaS ecosystem and help scale our solutions globally.
Tasks
- Build and maintain scalable APIs using Python and FastAPI
- Design and optimize database schemas for real-time analytics
- Integrate our systems with ERP PLM and supply chain platforms
- Implement workflow automations notifications and escalation logic
- Collaborate with frontend IoT and data teams on new features
- Monitor debug and improve system performance and security
Requirements
- 3 years backend development experience (SaaS or IoT preferred)
- Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis)
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture (AWS Docker Kubernetes)
- Bonus: Experience with IoT integrations RFID or manufacturing systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset and focus on scalability
- English fluency is a must (our internal and client communication is in English)
