Responsible for delivering the defined target & desired growth of his region by leading a team of RBM ABM & EXECUTIVEs month wise /qtr wise
Ensure all Areas in the region are meeting the sales objectives
Build a high performance team.
Lead the team to achieve the organizational objectives through proper goal setting guidance motivation & coaching.
Identify the talents in the market & then fill up the vacancy in the shortest possible time.
Develop a set of key opinion leaders in the region and create a good business relationship with these customers
Meet high value doctors and build long term relationship.
Manage brand equity and awareness amongst targeted customers.
Participate in strategy meetings & provide inputs to marketing department regarding the strategy.
Work on the motivation & competence of the team and lead the team of RBMABM/EXECUTIVE
Conduct CMEs/ SMALL ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION with KOLs and assist/guide ASM for conducting the same in future for creative a solid customer bank.
Extensive traveling within the region in order to get market insights from the total territory.
Track competition activities regularly. Document and communicate the same to the superior.
Regular and timely reporting to relevant internal stakeholders.
Analysing reports of RBM ABM and bring out insights to better support the team to ensure higher sales
