- Ensure efficient implementation of the protection and youth interventions in host community in line with the approved program proposal and budget, as well as anticipating issues and suggested solutions to the Program Manager to ensure adjustments are made to facilitate high quality service provision in line with program strategies.
- Coordinate with senior site-level program and operational staff to develop detailed work-plans and follow-up regularly with team members to ensure that activities are on track.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and activities to enhance program delivery in line with the identified needs of the beneficiaries and local community.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring and evaluation of activities, ensuring RI standards are in place and with flagging of any concerns to the Program Manager.
