  • $850 - $900 per day exclusive of superannuation
  • 12-month Contract Role

Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Workplace Analystto join their team.

The role provides analysis and solutions to support the delivery of the Thrive Program; specifically gathering, documenting, and reviewing business requirements and testing options to achieve the outcomes of the Program.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Articulate and develop business requirements for Activity Based Working approach.
  2. Conduct current workplace accommodation site review and analysis
  3. Complete project documentation such as business requirements, process mapping and standard operating procedures as required.
  4. Establish first level cost estimates and identify business savings.
  5. Ensure compliance with Project Management framework and PMO standards with deliverables.
  6. Provide program analytical functions, supporting the Project Manager in the successful review of project needs and options.
  7. Identify and highlight any risks and issues to the program manager based on analysis and data reviewed.
  8. Providing timely and accurate reports, highlighting trends, analysis, results, and appropriate commentary.
  9. Carrying out reporting that involves the collection, audit and reporting of large amounts of data.

Selection Criteria:
  1. Tertiary qualification in Project Management/Business Management or related discipline
  2. 3+ years experience working as a Business Analyst in a Project team
  3. A relevant program management qualification (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMI)
  4. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups including Senior Executives
  5. Strong analytical capability, with ability to synthesise large amounts of data
  6. Proven experience gathering, documenting, and testing business requirements
  7. Prior experience with Agile project methodology with ability to tailor methods to a client situation
  8. Prior experience working with OCM [Operational Change Management] team.
  9. Exposure to ABW [Activity Based Work] environments, workplace fit outs, human-centered design an advantage.
  10. Self-starter who can deal with organisational ambiguity
  11. Collaborative and constructive with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  12. Highly proactive with exceptional integrity, professionalism efficiency and accuracy
  13. Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen.
  14. Expert in Stakeholder management


On offer is a 12 month contract at a highly sought after NSW Government Orgnisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
