Working Student fmx Project Management

Your tasks

• You support the project management and customer success teams in implementing and supporting robot fleets at our customers sites with a variety of different tasks depending on the progress of project
• You own the dashboard (Looker Studio) for the creation of our weekly reports to customers and Management
• You help us further advance our support and service processes e.g. in terms of spare part management and billing processes
• You maintain & execute different project templates within our task management tools (JIRA)
• You create your data analysis derive findings and discuss your results with the Magazino team

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masterss degree in (Industrial) Engineering (Business) Informatics Robotics or a similar technical or administrative study program
• You are passionate about Robotics & Intralogistics and have an affinity for IT
• You are experienced in working with Excel and PowerPoint
• First experience with JIRA Confluence and Looker Studio is an advantage
• You are an openminded person with handsonmentality and the desire to continuously develop yourself
• You are business fluent in English and German
