Join Our Clients Team as a Workday HCM & Compensation Support Analyst
We are the Operate Digital HR Systems Practice a team of dedicated People Technology professionals who specialize in providing Application Evolution Services to our clients. Our goal is to offer more than just support services. We strive to partner with our clients solve their business problems and maximize their investment in their chosen HR Technology Platform.
We are currently seeking a Workday HCM & Compensation Support Analyst to join our team in Operate Digital. As a configuration analyst you will be responsible for working with clients and service managers on a daily basis to deliver our managed services capability.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborating with our Workday Application Evolution Services team to help resolve client incidents and provide ongoing maintenance services.
Gathering client requirements conducting workshops analyzing data and configuring solutions in Workday to ensure configuration remains current.
Working across all levels of our clients organizations from Csuite to backoffice operations teams.
Escalating challenges risks or alternative functional design solutions promptly to lead support analysts.
Taking ownership of your own development and contributing to the professional growth of your colleagues.

Requirements
Necessary Skills and Experience for the Job

Supporting and configuring HCM Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation
Familiarity with Cross Product areas such as Security & Reporting
Current Workday Pro or Active Implementation Certification in Compensation functionality (preferred but not required)
Ability to devise creative solutions by actively listening to requirements
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the capability to implement and deliver solutions
Experience with case management systems for incident tracking and managing SLAs.

BCom Accounting, Attention to detail Able to work in fast paced inviroment
