Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Services Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure exceptional service delivery and support to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a customercentric mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. As a Client Services Representative you will act as the main point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and fostering positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries via phone email or inperson communication.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client requests resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  3. Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships through regular communication and proactive outreach.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Operations and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
  5. Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services based on client needs and preferences.
  6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions transactions and communications using CRM software.
  7. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients providing product demonstrations and training as needed.
  8. Stay uptodate on company products services and industry trends to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
  9. Contribute to the development of client service policies procedures and best practices to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  10. Continuously seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in a customer service or clientfacing role preferably in a B2B environment.
  3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve client issues.
  8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality service to clients.
  9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in the financial services technology or consulting industries.
  2. Familiarity with client relationship management techniques and strategies.
  3. Knowledge of basic sales principles and techniques.
  4. Certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
