Title: Workday Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Functional Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining the functional aspects of the Workday application particularly focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM) areas such as Core HCM Talent and Performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements configure prototype and test solutions within Workday.
  • Participate in sprint planning provide estimates for tickets related to HCM functional areas and work on prioritized tasks during monthly sprints.
  • Build and maintain functional configurations including business process workflows calibration tasks custom reports validations condition rules and calculated fields in Workday.
  • Engage with stakeholders for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and signoffs conducting peer reviews using deployment documentation and pathtoproduction methodology.
  • Work closely with CorpTech HRIS and functional teams to implement Workday solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Assist in resolving Workday production issues by leveraging the latest features released by Workday.
  • Lead cyclic projects such as midyear and yearend Performance Reviews ensuring timely configuration and execution of tasks per defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with IT HR and Finance departments to ensure crossfunctional project participation and support.
  • Provide enduser support and training on Workday HCM Talent and Performance modules emphasizing accuracy and standard methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of progressive experience in HR or Business Analyst roles.
  • 2 years of handson experience with Workday functional configuration including business process configuration condition rules and calculated fields.
  • Solid understanding of Workdays Business Process and Security Framework.
  • Experience in creating and preparing existing Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) files and loading them to support mass transactions in Workday.
  • Knowledge of creating basic custom reports as required for supported functional areas.
  • Handson configuration experience with Workdays Core HCM and Talent & Performance modules.
  • Crossfunctional experience with other Workday modules such as Compensation Time Tracking & Absence and Payroll (US/UK).
  • Experience working in a dynamic fastpaced growing global organization leveraging Workday.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects spread across multiple teams.
  • Strong agile and collaborative skills working effectively with diverse teams stakeholders and changing requirements.
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to determining longterm solutions.
  • Prior experience with functional or technical implementation/support of an ERP solution.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • Workday certification in one or multiple modules: Core HCM Talent & Performance Compensation Time Tracking & Absence Benefits Payroll (US/UK).
  • Experience with multiple/global acquisitions and supporting related setups in Workday.
