Job Description
- Responsible for taking inbound calls for prospective customers, handling customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service.
- Working hours: rotational 9-hour shifts including 1 hour break
- Learn, understand, retain and regularly update and demonstrate product/process knowledge.
- Transportation provided if needed to be on site
Job Requirements
- German level : C1 ”
- Having a call center experience is preferable.
- Gender: Males and Females
- Rotational shifts
- 2 days off
- Paid training
- Males must have an identified Military status
