< Acting as a single point of contact between the warehouse operators and SNS support desk
< Provide first-level internal support to the WMS super users and other operators:
< Resolving day to day user issues (only reverting to customer support desk if requirement is outside normal operational issues)
< Monitor all integration touch points between the different systems and troubleshoot all issues.
< Monitor the RF environment and maintain the RF equipment whenever required.
< Documenting and logging all support issues
