Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Window & Door Factory Hand/Assembler/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be physically capable punctual reliable and possess a keen attention to detail. Working effectively within a factory team environment the successful applicant will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling door and window frames to meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and follow instructions accurately

Utilise CNC small machinery hand and power tools

Fabricate and Assemble Door and Window Frames

Lift and move Door and Window frames

Demonstrate initiative to overcome unexpected circumstances

Collaborate effectively within a team environment

Requirements:

Highly developed communication skills

Ability to receive feedback constructively

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work

Previous experience in a similar role within the uPVC Double Glazing Industry (preferred)
