Job Description

- Lead the sales team towards achieving the objectives of customer operations
- Ensure sales channel’s goals are achieved in line with Geidea’s standards and guidelines
- Ensure implementation of best practices in terms of sales and distribution
- Ensure regions’ data and documents are updated
- Search for new sales opportunities
- Build long term relationships with customers and ensure enhancement of services provided
- Ensure coverage of all routes daily
- Identify existing issues, suggest solutions, and follow up on implementation
- Ensure highest coverage percentage and a smooth running of work procedures through proper utilization of sales resources and an efficient route plan
