- Identify website systems needs and solutions.
- Monitor and track system processing and performance indicators to ensure business requirements are being met.
- Maintain state of the art understanding of website and mobile platform capabilities.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team and other 3rd party solutions providers to enhance our business capabilities.
- Responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site.
- Managing, writing, editing website content and designing webpage layout.
- Enhance the overall website user experience.
