Web Developer

Job Description:

• Participate in project development as a Team Leader from the Basic Design Detail Design Development to Release stages.
• Design the overall system architecture Database develop functionalities and provide support to team members.
• Collaborate with project managers in planning and project management support.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management (researching new technologies managing and supporting project development teams etc.).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with programming languages such as Java PHP Ruby etc.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader/Sub Leader in projects with a minimum of 3 developers.
• Proficiency in using one of the frameworks such as Laravel Spring Boot CakePHP Yii Ruby on Rails etc.
• Ability to work with one of the frameworks such as Vuejs Reactjs Angular WordPress etc.
• Proficient in HTML CSS JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap JSON XML.
• Strong foundational knowledge of OOP Web Development DBMS ORM Design Pattern MVC.
• Proficiency in MySQL or NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Ability to design databases and optimize system performance.
• Proficient in Git.
• Knowledge of AWS GCP is advantageous.
• Preference:
  • Proficiency in Japanese or previous experience working in companies outsourcing to Japan.
  • Strong logical thinking skills.
