Obsessed with analytics, KPIs, dashboarding and reporting, always smashing your targets, and thriving in fast-paced, global B2C ecommerce? We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, results-driven Marketing Analyst to play a key part in scaling our high-growth ecommerce travel business to the next level and to own analytics roadmap for all brands.

Tasks

  • Develop and deliver the analytics roadmap for all brands
  • Analyze website data, user behavior, customer journeys with the various online channel owners
  • Track the market share and key tactics, changes made by key competitors
  • Setup, maintain and test all tracking used by the company, generally via GTM
  • Collaborate closely with our Marketing, Tech, Product, Sales and Commercial teams to prepare and realize data-driven decision-making
  • Analyze the impact and profitability of our offline channels like TV, Press, Direct Mail and PR. This includes adjusting attribution modeling as needed to drive better results.
  • Responsible for proactively monitoring and reporting on KPIs, as well as identifying usability improvement opportunities
  • Analyze and report on weekly/monthly/quarterly performance and KPIs

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in an analytical role, ideally in B2C ecommerce
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (specifically GA4), Google Tag Manager, utm/media tracking, Google Data Studio, and web content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience in attribution modelling, incrementality testing, A/B testing and budget allocation
  • Strong ability to identify and solve complex analytical challenges and to communicate them with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent in English, additional fluency in German is an asset
