- 10 years of professional experience in planning, design and operation of water supply systems
- Experience in design and implementation of NRW projects
- Experience in performance based contracting models will be an advantage
- Experience in customer management systems
- Strong knowledge related to the provision of public services (based on in-depth professional experience in this field).
- Excellent knowledge on ICT technologies and hydraulic modeling software.
- Experience in management of donor funded projects is an advantage
