Warehouse Supervisor

• Communicate and liaise with customers via email/phone calls, and answering all customers enquiries and requirements
  
• For logistics company
  
• Oversee all stuffing and un-stuffing or goods
  
• Daily tool-box meetings
  
• Ensuring all safety protocols and standards are met
  
• Organize and keep track of products stocks balance
  
• Ensuring store and warehouse areas safety and cleanliness
  
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
  
• Ensuring quality and service control standards
  
• Overseeing all job processes
  
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of warehouse equipment
  
• Supervising and coaching day-to-day work of junior staff and production workers in outdoor/warehouse environment
  
• Responsible for the day-to-day job orders are all in order
  
  

Requirements

• Forklift license preferred/otherwise must be willing to take
  
• Min 2 years supervisory experience and 1 year experience in similar industry (warehousing)
  
• PC literate, well organized, team player
  
• Willing to work in factory/warehouse environment
  
• Willing to work in West Area
  
• Extensive knowledge on safety processes
