Job Description

- Receive all incoming materials and match with purchase orders
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
- Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
- Arrange and store materials, according to their conditions and expiry date (FIFO + FEFO)
- Keeping expired or damaged materials in a dedicated location
- Ensure all store requisitions are approved by department managers.
- Deliver materials to departments according to their requests in time.
- Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
