Carry out the weekly & monthly 1st line audit for critical process such as (Welding, Anti corrosion and Important A&B) using Nissan standards check lists to grasp the process Quality status for improvement purpose.
Carry out the weekly & monthly process audit for Important/Vital processes process such as (Brake, Suspension, Air condition, Water Coolant, Glass fixing and Paint Sealer) using Nissan standards check lists to grasp the process Quality status for improvement purpose.
Assign corrective and preventive actions requests with the related departments through Alliance Production way to maintain PDCA cycle.
