Tasks
Technical Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in VOIP/SIP, telecom;
- Deep understanding SIP/RTP
- Good knowledge of SIP software: Kamailio, Freeswitch
- Bash knowledge
- Good knowledge of Linux OS Debian, RedHat
- Good knowledge network protocols: IP/TCP/UDP
- Ability to make deep SIP and network debug
- Knowing debugging and logging tools: tcpdump, wireshark, homer etc
- Monitoring tools experience: zabbix, grafana, homer
- Lua, Python knowledge will be a plus
- AWS, Kubernetes knowledge will be plus
Requirements
- Good communication skills, team work;
- Ready to face new challenges and to learn something new.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- English: Intermediate
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting VoIP network and SIP issues
- Analyzing existing VoIP platforms and architecture
- Developing architecture plans for voice and data services
- Installing new VOIP communication servers
- Communicate with IT managers, developers, and carriers to resolve issues
