Virtual Medical Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Contact and respond to prospective or existing clients efficiently and accurately through phone and other communication channels to achieve sales targets using both your medical knowledge and sales skills so that clients feel valued and supported.
• Continuously update the clients’ information on excel sheets and CRM system.
• Handle clients’ ordering processes, payments and shipments.
• Resolve clients’ complaints effectively and respectfully.
• Gather, report and communicate clients’ feedback on service.
• Measure, track and analyze account metrics.
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Science/Medicine/Veterinary/Dentistry.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
