As a Video Production Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our video production team throughout the entire production process. This entrylevel position is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and gain handson experience in the exciting world of video production.

What you ll do

• Support and assist in the setup and breakdown of video shoots including lighting camera equipment and props. Creating log sheets and keeping notes if needed.
  

• Manage and organise equipment inventory.
  

• Coordinate talent and crew schedules.
  

• Assist in sorting and organising footage.
  

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for video content.
  

• Perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the video production process.
  

• Attending site recces with team when needed.
  

Requirements

What you ll have

• A diploma or relevant course work in film video production or a related field is a plus.
  

• Basic knowledge of video production.
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proficiency in video editing software is a plus.
  

• Flexibility to adapt to multiple situations and with an open mind.
