As our endeavors extend into the Hispanic market we are actively seeking a skilled and imaginative Video Producer to join our creative team. This role is pivotal in steering various video production tasks to bolster our educational and promotional initiatives.

What Youll Do

1. Video Content Creation:
   • Conceptualize script and storyboard captivating video content aligning with language education and promotional goals.
   • Execute endtoend video production encompassing filming editing and postproduction processes.
   • Ensure the quality consistency and relevance of video content across diverse platforms.
2. Multimedia Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing curriculum development and instructional design to seamlessly integrate multimedia elements.
   • Provide creative input and technical expertise in brainstorming sessions and project meetings.
3. Project Management:
   • Manage video production timelines ensuring timely delivery of highquality content.
   • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
4. Technical Proficiency:
   • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in video production techniques and technologies.
   • Maintain and operate video equipment ensuring optimal performance and quality.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Review and assess the effectiveness of video content in meeting educational and promotional objectives.
   • Implement improvements based on feedback and performance analytics.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Video Producer showcasing proficiency in filming editing and postproduction processes.
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling stories.
• Proficiency in video editing software and equipment.
• Enhanced attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Project management experience with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to follow and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Familiarity with language education or elearning content is a plus.
