Job Description

- Cooperate with boarding team to ensure Safina's services are rendered up to principals satisfaction.
- Ensure on ground operations are done efficiently in accordance to business plan and objectives for operations team.
- Relay requirements from Principal/ shipper/ consignee to boarding team.
- Maintain good relationship with principals, authorities, and suppliers.
- Assist Operations & BDM in all ships under their management.
- Follow up on vendors whenever external quotations are required and recommend profitable price rates to the main operator (commercial or tramp managers)
- Represent Safina to all Egyptian authorities when needed.
- Ensure excellent communication with all internal and external parties.
- Ensure effective control of operational cost.
- Assure smooth communications with all parties including owners, receivers, master, protective agents, authorities, customs.
