- Manage and coordinate the Validation and Calibration activities and follow-up on the related activities to ensure that all activates are compliant to industry standards and GMP requirements.
- Manage the process validation activities to ensure product / process validation is compliant with the ICH – PICs – GMP requirements.
- Address process assessment and risk assessment and manage as well as monitor the change control system to ensure changes impact on process and product validation is adequate and scientifically justified.
- Review and ensure of implementing the planned protocols and review the related procedures for the equipment/systems/instrument’s qualification, cleaning validation and process validation.
- Perform risk assessment for the existing equipment and systems to identify the potential risks and plan the appropriate measure to address the risk factors.
