Key Responsibilities
- Improvement and optimization of small cell manufacturing process for development.
- Operates and develops test evaluation tools and standardizes them.
- Review mass production cell specifications (ex. Overhang, etc.)
- Document control: eBOM, drawing, development output, etc.
- Trouble shooting in case of process issues.
- Laboratory environment safety management

Requirements :
Required Qualifications (Must have)
- Bachelor s degree or higher departments related to chemistry, applied chemistry, materials, new materials and energy
- Preferably 2+ yrs of experience in secondary battery
- Preference is given to those who can utilize CAD and PDM
- Intermediate level english proficiency (document writing and basic conversation ability)
