Tasks

• Create breathtaking design concepts and wireframes for websites and landing pages
• Develop interactive prototypes with brilliant animation using Figma
• Refine existing designs to enhance and optimize the brand experience of our clients based on design principles and best practices
• Ensure a consistent design quality throughout the whole user journey
• Handoff devready design files to the development team
• Adapting new design trends and pushing the limits on each new design

Requirements

• Three years minimum of proven experience as fulltime or freelance UX/UI Designer
• Vast experience in web design & branding
• High proficiency in Figma & Adobe
• Experience creating highquality responsive layouts with smooth interactions transitions and animations
• A high degree of creativity and accuracy with an excellent understanding of branding layout and typography design
• An eagleeyed attentiontodetail down to the last pixel!
• Ability to work methodically on more than one assignment at a time and respect deadlines
• Ability to manage the entire design project lifecycle from concept to delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Paid DesignTest:If everything fits we will invite you to a (compensated) small design test project Here you will have the chance to prove your skills to us. In a short video you will explain your approach and why you have made these decisions.

Because we value your work we will pay you for the test design if you are not hired. We will pay you 150 for about 3 hours of work.
