It is fully integrated with existing practice software systems 100% GDPR compliant and helps dentists and patients keep track of open treatment plans. This improves patient health and at the same time increases dentist revenues.

We have proven technical and commercial feasibility with a functional product handling over 100 million worth of treatment plans in Germany.

Currently we are seeking a talented UX Researcher at Health Tech Startup (m/w/x) to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to creating usercentered designs for our cuttingedge applications. Tasks

• Deep Dive into Dental Dynamics: Spearhead user research initiatives to deeply understand the unique workflows challenges and needs of dentists and their patients. Focus on uncovering insights that are specific to dental practices and patient experiences.
• Engage Through Varied Research Methods: Design and execute a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods including surveys oneonone interviews focus groups and usability studies. Tailor these methods to extract specific insights relevant to dental professionals and their clientele.
• DataDriven Decision Making: Analyze research data rigorously to identify key patterns trends and user pain points. Utilize these insights to inform and prioritize product development ensuring a strong alignment with user needs and market demands.
• Bridge Research and Design: Work closely with design and engineering teams translating complex user research findings into clear actionable design and product recommendations. Act as a vital link between user needs and product solutions.
• Iterative Improvements: Champion the importance of iterative design leveraging user feedback and usability testing results to refine and enhance product offerings continuously.

Requirements

• You have 3 years of experience in User Research / UX Research prefereably in the health industry.
• Proficiency in a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• You are motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
• You are empathic emotionally intelligent and are able to connect with various different stakeholders including commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Ideally you have experience in working with regulatory systems. Knowhow from the German healthcare system and specifically its dental market is a big advantage.
• You are based in Berlin and fluent in German and English.
