UX DESIGNER

UX DESIGNER DUTIES INCLUDE:

As the custodian of the holistic user experience in line with NXGs service offerings your role encompasses overseeing the UX across web mobile edge and API interfaces. Youll be an integral component of our business strategy tasked with the design development and evaluation of the UX to gauge its impact on our customers. Exposure to various research methods including conducting workshops and surveys both in person and remotely is essential to deeply understand our users personalities backgrounds challenges and motivations. Your role involves crafting compelling narratives for every feature and function while maintaining an eagerness to explore new technologies and design trends with the aim of sharing these insights across the team.

UX DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify personas and workflows that translates into visual elements resulting in a seamless user experience. With the support of product managers and engineers collect and analyze user demands.
  

• Show design concepts use storyboards process flows and sitemaps. Menus tabs and widgets are examples of visual user interface components. Make page navigation buttons and search fields.
  

• Make UI mockups and prototypes that demonstrate how websites function and look. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images sketches and tables)
  

• Internal teams and significant stakeholders should be given rough draughts to review.
  

• Identify and fix user experience issues (e.g. responsiveness). Make layout adjustments based on user input. Follow the requirements for typeface color and image style.
  

• Highperformance reusable components and futureproof frontend frameworks.
  

• Create new userfacing features as well as reusable code. Identify design flaws and provide remedies.
  

• To reach your objectives collaborate with product managers and designers.
  

Requirements

• A bachelor s degree in design or a related discipline. Working experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a comparable function is required.
  

• Knowledge of wireframe tools and a portfolio of design projects (e.g. Wireframe. cc and Invision). Knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop that is up to date.
  

• Front end programming like HTML Javascript CSS & Bootstrap
  

• An organized workshop facilitator who understands how to prepare run and analyze a workshop with the team and customers.
  

• Strong expertise and comprehension of online and mobile platforms (iOS Android design requirements) as well as their constraints.
  

• A great speaker who will know how to present insights ideas and concepts to clients and the team.
