- Work closely with the product team to identify research questions
- Plan and conduct interviews, user surveys, card sorting and usability tests
- Design and execute studies into user behavior and attitudes
- Other signed responsibilities by the direct manager
- Handling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data
- Carry out an assessment of existing information and identify areas for improvement
