JOB TITLE: USA Staffing Sales/ BD Manager
COMPANY: Tatwa Technologies Ltd

LOCATION: Thane (Mumbai) / Bhubaneswar
COMPENSATION: 20 LPA 35 LPA
SHIFT TIME : US Shift Timings
NOTICE PERIOD: 015 days
INTERVIEW ROUNDS: 3 4
MODE OF INTERVIEW : Offline (Face to Face)

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills in English.
Candidate should have minimum 8 to 15 years experience in US IT Staffing services.
Ability to build direct relations with Hiring Managers / Engagement Managers / Decision Makers
Experience working as a Delivery Manager to manage recruiting efforts is highly preferred.
Successful in building a gotomarket strategy and corporate sales plan.
Must be able to work in US shift
Good experience in handling Tier1 Clients In Staffing domain
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Experience in managing the Sales Lifecycle prospecting cold calling and selling to close deals.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
ELIGIBILITY:
Candidate should have minimum 8 to 15 years experience in US IT Staffing services
Experience working with Direct Clients/ Tier 1 Clients / Prime Vendors / Implementation Partners / MSPs
Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
Should have experience in endtoend client interactions requirements gathering client coordination account management escalation management.
Good experience in Lead proposal development negotiation and commercial terms for large deals and provide appropriate and customized value propositions.
Should have experience in Team handling (Recruiters & Leads)
Should be an individual contributor
Experience in managing the Sales Lifecycle prospecting cold calling and selling to close deals.
Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
