Niktor is currently seeking a skilled and dynamic US NonIT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in recruiting for nonIT roles with a focus on industries such as light industrial telecommunication engineering automobile and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct fullcycle recruitment for nonIT positions including sourcing screening interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
3. Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and industry events to attract top talent.
4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
5. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
7. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process including reference checks and background screenings.
8. Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
9. Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitors to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
2. Proven experience as a NonIT Recruiter preferably with exposure to light industrial telecommunication engineering automobile and manufacturing sectors.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates hiring managers and team members.
6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
