Job Details
  • Experience required 25 Yrs experience in HR Operations
  • CTC Bracket Upto 35k
  • Qualification Must be a graduate
  • Location Noida (WFO 5 days)
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days joiners only (candidates with notice period of more than 30 days are not preferred)
Note: The applicant must possess their own laptop.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute daytoday HR operations including but not limited to employee onboarding offboarding and employee record management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely processing of HR transactions such as payroll changes benefits administration and leave management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies benefits and other HRrelated matters.
  • Support HR reporting and analytics by maintaining accurate HR data and generating reports as needed.
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives such as performance management employee engagement and talent acquisition.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR operations to continuously improve processes and efficiency.
