Job Description

- Produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, visual design comps, and interactive prototypes of UX ideas.
- Communicate cross-functionally to understand creative needs.
- Respond to briefs and opportunities - have hands-on involvement in larger, strategic projects.
- Creatively lead a broad range of projects to ensure quality, timely delivery, and optimization of the client’s campaign budget.
- Remain accountable for the quality deliverables.
- Build a vision, define goals and weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
- Strong Understand of UI design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, sketch)
- Deep Understand of UX/Research, UX design, Usability testing and Information Architecture.
- Ability and full understanding of visual and creative UI and graphic trends.
- Deep understanding of research methodologies and ability to come up with user stories and personas.
- Work closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of producers, product managers, project managers, researchers, and fellow designers.
- Manage / work on UI/UX projects with other stakeholders.
