Position Description:
User Research:
- Conduct user interviews surveys and usability testing to understand user needs and preferences.
- Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions.
Information Architecture:
- Develop site maps user flows and wireframes to define the structure and navigation of a digital product.
- Ensure logical organization of content to enhance user experience.
Interaction Design:
- Create interactive prototypes and design user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.
- Define and document interaction patterns and behaviors for development teams.
