U UX Designer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand user needs and business requirements
• Create wireframes prototypes and design mockups for digital products
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Develop user personas user journeys and information architecture to guide design decisions
• Ensure consistency in visual and interactive design across the product
• Optimize designs for different devices and screen sizes
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and design guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field
• Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD or Figma
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio of previous design projects
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
