- Experience in the development, structuring and implementation of PPP projects in the transport sector from a public or private sector financing perspective;
- Familiarity with the transport sector in the MENA region would be a plus;
- Previous working experience in Jordan will be considered an advantage;
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Must be able to work under demanding schedules;
- Must be able to analyze and solve complex problems;
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring staff at all levels;
- Good English speaking and writing skills, especially in report writing as well as in summarizing of English reports;
- Arabic speaking & writing skills are preferable; and
- Strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify the main technical issues to ensure they are resolved effectively.
