Training Facilitator Principal

Our client is a mining multinational dedicated to the extraction of minerals based in Europe. They have operations all around the world several of them in Chile and Peru. They are currently seeking a Training Facilitator Principal in Antofagasta. Reporting to the Senior Manager Learning & Development this role will deliver their four Leadership and Development flagship courses to a variety of leaders within their assets.

Some responsibilities include:

• Facilitate classroom and online workshops.
• Support individual learners to apply what theyve learned via one to one and group coaching.
• Update existing materials and approaches to ensure content stays relevant.
• Engage regions to support with tracking monitoring and engaging the assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with attendees line managers and other stakeholders in the regions and sites.
• Support and encourage individuals in the use of available online learning courses.
• Evaluate and review feedback to identify areas of improvement.

The perfect candidate has a bachelors degree in business Communications Human Resources and/or related disciplines. Must have minimum 5 years experience facilitating training at a manager level. Must know how to deploy largescale training programs (more than 1000 people). It is desirable a professional training in group dynamics learning preference and collaborations. Must have effective facilitation techniques when delivering face to face workshops and training. Must have experience and understanding of interactive learning using industry standard principles. Must be able to effectively present and engage audiences coach others gain rapport blending challenges and support effectively.
