Primary Purpose
To provide training in either a classroom or virtual setting that involves all aspects of the Premium Audit process. Provides a quality review of insurance premium audits for Worker s Compensation and General Liability policies.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Job Description
Trainer/QA Reviewer will perform the following tasks:
- Participate in conducting either classroom or virtual training sessions for new hires as needed.
- Conduct quality review of the trainees work as they complete audits during the training process.
- Provide reviewmentoring for new hires that complete the training program as they progress.
- Provide feedback to the new hire s manager and training management based on the trainee s progress.
- Assist with regular review work as necessary.
- Assist as a back up as necessary to the field rep inquiry help desk.
Requirements
Preferred:
Knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability rules
3 years experience as a reviewer
Ability to work independently and make independent decisions to achieve company goal
Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
Competent use of spreadsheets word processing and email
Internet access
Ability to read analyze and interpret financial reports and tax documents
Excellent communication skills
