Trainer Engineer

Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading security surveillance technology and service providers in Egypt. Our client is looking for a Trainer Engineer who will be responsible for evaluating the learning needs and processes, develop and conduct trainings.

- Assist product manager to conduct different customer training needs surveys, to understand customers needs for trainingfrom contents, methods and other aspects

- According to regional business strategy andproduct promotion plan, combined with customer training needs, collect training related materials, deeply understand and effectively integrate training content, ensure the professionalism and vividness of training content

- Implement Training in a professional and vivid way, have a good control on-site, improve the training courses continuously based on course feedback

- Make training records and follow up customer feedback after the training, evaluate the training effect and submit an analysis report

- Create and adapt curriculum for a variety of audiences and learning delivery methods

- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials

- Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials

- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment

Requirements

- More than 2 years of relevant work experience in training content, light current field work experience is preferred

- Familiar with the companys products, solutions and business work flow , expert in using PPT to make training materials, proficient in using modern training tools and office software, have strong secondary development capabilities for courses, good speech skills

- Interpersonal understanding and communication skills

- Deep Thinking ability

- Able to arouse customers interest in training in a variety of ways, adjust training ways according to the type of customers, good speech and infection capabilities

- Able to effectively communicate with team members and improve the efficiency of team sharing

- Be able to adapt to high-intensity work and accept business trips all over the national
