About the job
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Breaking the company up into different business & service units is all about making sure each one gets what it needs to grow and thrive.
Tasks in the role:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase new user acquisition;
- Increase First-Time Depositors (FTDs) through targeted initiatives;
- Plan, launch, and analyze advertising campaigns across diverse channels;
- Analyze current traffic, propose data-driven changes for improvement;
- Set up and optimize advertising campaigns, collaborate on creatives;
- Analyze KPIs, develop plans for scaling and optimizing campaigns;
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a related role;
- Demonstrated experience working with Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) partnership models;
- Proficiency in understanding and leveraging various traffic sources;
- Ability to drive and measure campaigns based on key performance indicators;
- Familiarity with Appsflyer analytics and reporting functionalities;
- Proven experience with SKAdNetwork;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- English proficiency at B2 level;
- Russian proficiency at B2 level;
