Testing Engineer

Job Description:

• Conducting Calibration testes on a wide range of measurement and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Maintaining calibration records and documentation in compliance with NABL standards.

• Trouble Shooting & diagnostic equipment malfunctions during calibration process.

• Participating in internal audits and NABL accreditation assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Manage laboratory resources including equipment ensuring availability and proper maintenance.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of calibration results procedures and findings. Prepare and review reports maintaining meticulous records of calibration processes.

• calibration engineer specializes in making finetune adjustments to various machine components using diagnostic software.

• Familiar with Calibration software use.

• Knowledge of NABL accreditation requirements & 5s.

• IEC 17025 standards and metrology principles.

• Working in collaboration with the Quality/Technical Manager to ensure proper implementation of all practices and procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Office
