Job Title: Testing Automation Manager

Scope:
Create maintain and develop Test automation framework. Be responsible for test automation process and results within the project. Work with international crosscountry teams. Participate in team selection and onboarding process; drive engage and coach project testing team to achieve highest results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement testing automation strategies frameworks and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing activities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development QA and product management to define testing requirements test plans and test cases.
• Design develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industrystandard tools and technologies.
• Lead and manage the testing automation team providing guidance mentorship and support to team members.
• Execute and analyze automated test results identifying and troubleshooting issues and coordinating with the development team for resolution.
• Establish and enforce best practices for testing automation ensuring adherence to quality standards and software development processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing automation methodologies tools and technologies and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes increase test coverage and enhance overall product quality.
• Provide regular status reports metrics and updates on testing automation activities to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of progressively experience across all functions of technology.
• 5 years experiences in managerial level.
• Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field
• Certification in testing automation or related areas (e.g. ISTQB CSTE) is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# or Python and experience with test automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles techniques and methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading and managing testing automation teams in an Agile software development environment.
