Setup and monitor day-to-day automation processing in accordance with established procedures and agreed timelines
.
Analyse software requirements and ensure that they are well defined, in accordance with the client’s requirements
.
Ensure that systems and processes are operating correctly, based on the established SLAs.
.
Create, execute, monitor and maintain test scripts
.
Write test cases (manual and automated) based on software requirements
.
Analyse, report and follow up on identified issues through established issue tracking systems
.
Perform end to end testing in collaboration with other teams including developers and QA
