Location: Remote Germany Hybrid in Dsseldorf possible

Our client is an international provider of networking products for endusers.

Tasks

  • Recruit and manage key partners
  • Partner with engineering teams to provide ongoing sales and technical training to the channel partners to engage the solutions and drive revenue growth
  • Build business plans with key partners to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues
  • Execute against the plan with a permanent balance between shortterm inQuarter priorities and mid/longterm business development initiatives laying the foundations for future scalable and repeatable success.
  • Own or contribute to foundational business routines such as reporting forecasting QBR MDF management channel rebates management etc.

Requirements

  • 3 years channel sales and territory management in networking relevant sectors.
  • Experience with and comfortable to discuss in detail Telco provided managed network solutions WAN/ LAN/ WIFI and ideally SDN (Software Defined Networking)
  • Strong experience enabling Channel programs and running gotomarket initiatives
  • Deep understanding of business strategy organization and way of developing business.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors written and verbal communication skills
